Blair's Jewelry and Gifts is a family owned business established in 1948 by founder, Walter Rayner Blair, Jr. What began as a watch repair business in the Southern Maryland town of California, Rayner III, now continues the business and has expanded into selling fine jewelry, watches and gifts.
